Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage financial accounting including revenue, lease, inventory accounting, journal entries, and GL reconciliations.
  • •Oversee cash & bank operations, bank reconciliations, cash flow, and NWC reporting.
  • •Handle intercompany accounting, reconciliations, recharge processes, and dispute resolution.
  • •Govern fixed assets and support month-end close & consolidation, financial reporting, adjustments, and statutory reconciliations.
  • •Support tax & statutory reporting for Local GAAP/IFRS compliance and manage manufacturing accounting (costing, variance analysis, PPV, and project accounting).

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified CA / CMA / CPA / CWA or MBA (Finance).
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in commercial and manufacturing finance/accounting.
  • •Experience in shared services and multi-country finance support.
  • •Strong knowledge of RTR governance, including month-end close, reconciliations, IFRS/Local GAAP compliance, and audit requirements.
  • •Hands-on ERP and reconciliation tools experience, including SAP (FI/CO, MM, AA) or JD Edwards and BlackLine/workflow tools.
