Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve risk management processes and execute change to strategies, methodologies, governance, and reporting.
  • •Synthesize information and elevate insights to executive levels and senior management.
  • •Use data, metrics, and analysis to monitor process improvement strategies and create an enterprise risk metrics system of record.
  • •Perform validation and trending analysis, identify problems, and develop and complete remediation plans.
  • •Lead teams of risk managers, contribute to the risk management framework’s design and delivery, and support audits while staying current with regulatory changes.

Salary: USD 187,300 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or military experience).
  • •At least 4 years of Financial Services experience.
  • •At least 6 years of Risk Management experience.
  • •At least 2 years of People Management experience.
  • •Master’s degree and/or 8+ years of Financial Services risk management experience (preferred).
