AVP, Planning and Analysis

Lead strategic FP&A by translating financial and operational data into actionable insights across business lines. Partner closely with the CFO, Executive Leadership, Sales Management, Finance, Operations, and key stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and forward-looking decision support. Build scalable Planning & Analysis processes, deliver KPI and enterprise performance reporting, and support FP&A improvements through automation and streamlined reporting. Engage in M&A integration analysis and value realization reporting.
