Key Responsibilities

  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • •Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership by evaluating growth opportunities and recommending data-driven initiatives.
  • •Deliver actionable financial and operational insights and enterprise performance management reporting across organizational outcomes.
  • •Provide analytics on relationship manager productivity, profitability, recruiting effectiveness, advisor economics, and business performance.
  • •Support M&A and integration through financial analysis, performance tracking, business cases, and value realization reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, business analytics, corporate finance, consulting, investment banking, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience supporting executive leadership and business decision-making with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • •Ability to develop KPI frameworks and enterprise management reporting/performance management processes.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred.
