Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, execution, and commercialization of large-scale, complex pump product development projects, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • •Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and coordinators to drive accountability and high performance.
  • •Act as project management subject matter expert for best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
  • •Develop and oversee project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead governance activities such as design/gate reviews, executive reporting, and post-launch evaluations.

Key Requirements
