Key Responsibilities

  • •Review clinical document examples provided by users and transform them into customisable, high-quality templates compatible with Heidi.
  • •Collaborate with Customer Success, Go-To-Market and Medical Knowledge teams to understand new user requirements and develop templates during customer onboarding.
  • •Participate in template training and education initiatives for Heidi’s users.
  • •Develop a deep understanding of Heidi and how clients use the product in clinical practice and workflows.
  • •Engage with current Heidi users to optimise and enhance existing templates and help them achieve desired outputs.
