Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and customize SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS apps (standard or customer-specific) within SAP HCM.
  • •Digitize HR workflows such as leave requests, travel expense accounting, and time recording (CATS).
  • •Develop and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications to improve user experience and mobility.
  • •Manage integrations with the SAP HCM backend and ensure data integration quality.
  • •Develop customer-specific reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP-OO and support end users with self-services.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • •More than 5 years’ experience with SAP Employee & Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and strong SAP HCM knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of related SAP HCM modules such as personnel administration, time management (CATS), and organizational management.
  • •Strong experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and WebDynpro.
  • •Strong ABAP/ABAP-OO skills (including BAdIs, BAPIs, and user exits) and experience with BTP app implementations and Clean-Core/migration topics.
