Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement leasing strategy for the residential and commercial portfolio, translating business objectives into asset-level plans and targets.
  • •Drive revenue growth and portfolio optimization through pricing, rental optimization, lease structures, inventory management, and customer segmentation.
  • •Lead leasing and occupancy performance by managing vacant units and driving renewals, expansions, and tenant retention.
  • •Manage end-to-end leasing transaction lifecycle from lead generation and negotiation through contract execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • •Lead and develop Leasing and Leasing Administration teams by setting targets, monitoring performance, and building accountability and capability.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of UAE real estate experience with exposure to residential and commercial leasing.
  • •Proven track record delivering significant leasing revenue targets and portfolio occupancy outcomes.
  • •Experience developing and implementing portfolio-level leasing strategies and optimizing pricing and revenue.
  • •Strong understanding of UAE property market dynamics and DLD/RERA regulations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification advantageous; RICS/CCIM advantageous.
