Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a global client portfolio, focusing on relationships and executing deals across multiple geographies.
•Drive and grow revenues and increase wallet share across product groups through close collaboration with sector leads and product partners.
•Identify new business leads, introduce opportunities, and develop trusted-advisor relationships with key decision makers to grow long-term business.
•Maintain regular contact with Global Relationship Bankers and stakeholders to grow revenues and uphold HSBC values and business principles.
•Ensure credit quality and growth of assets while managing client returns, and comply with internal/external standards including KYC and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience managing large client relationships and driving business growth with large conglomerates across varied sectors.
•Strong knowledge of Corporate & Institutional Banking products, credit & lending/credit structuring, trade and structured trade, and markets & cash management products.
•Strong credit, analytical, and financial skills with attention to detail, plus excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Expertise negotiating with clients and internal stakeholders across wholesale markets, credit risk, and credit capital management, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Stay current on external factors affecting international business, including economic, cultural, geographical, and procedural/regulatory developments and requirements.
