Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot mold process problems and quality defects, applying process changes to eliminate defects.
  • •Ensure correct production orders run on assigned machines at standard cycle rates and specifications.
  • •Monitor machines throughout the shift, conducting inspection and testing per the data acquisition plan.
  • •Maintain assigned molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment; perform machine startups/shutdowns and line clearances.
  • •Participate in TPM, 5S, Six Sigma, Scrap, SMED, Safety, Quality initiatives; train fellow associates and support inspector packer/material technician duties when needed.

Key Requirements
