Associate Manager - Digital Marketing

Lead day-to-day performance marketing execution for the retail e-commerce business, driving customer acquisition growth while meeting CAC and ROAS targets. Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Affiliate channels, monitor results daily, and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages, and conversion flows. Build dashboards for acquisition, retention, revenue contribution, and marketing efficiency, and partner with CRM, analytics, onsite, and commercial teams to align campaigns with trading and lifecycle priorities.
