Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for high-net-worth business owner clients; sell, deliver, and provide ongoing service for fee income and retail banking products.
  • •Develop and present value of the Wealth Business Advisor relationship via video and in-person presentations for groups.
  • •Profile clients’ financial needs, coordinate information gathering and delivery of financial plans, and implement solutions with internal/external partners.
  • •Meet revenue growth, profitability, and retention goals by developing new clients and expanding services with partners.
  • •Use WRAP and Truist sales processes, manage sales activity/pipeline in CRM, and ensure compliant delivery of credit and banking solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, banking, or equivalent education and related training.
  • •Minimum five years of experience working with affluent clients in banking, investments, financial planning, or equivalent outside sales/relationship management.
  • •Minimum five years of business and retail lending experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of personal financial planning/advisory and investment management/asset allocation concepts for affluent clients.
  • •NASD Series 7, 66 or equivalent licenses (or completion within first 90 days of employment) and applicable state and health licenses.
