Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design for FlutterFlow Designer: flows, interactions, visual language, and the micro-moments that make AI output feel trustworthy and controllable.
•Define how users direct, refine, and iterate on AI-generated screens, making the generative loop feel natural and empowering.
•Collaborate tightly with engineering to ensure what ships matches the intent and occasionally jump into the front-end yourself to close the gap.
•Synthesize user research, usage data, and your own product instincts into a coherent, evolving design vision.
•Help build the design system that serves FlutterFlow Designer and informs the broader FlutterFlow ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals; focus on how things work and what they enable.
•Comfortable building interactions in code and reading pull requests; frontend fluency.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguous spaces where the path isn’t clearly drawn yet.
•Experience or interest in AI-enabled design tools and enabling AI-driven workflows.
•Demonstrated ability to ship; translate research, data, and instincts into a coherent product vision.
