Refurbishment Program Lead

Lead enterprise governance and execution for Citizens Bank branch refresh/reformat initiatives across the network. Partner with the Strategy Director to shape the long-term roadmap and annual investment plans, prioritize portfolio investments, and oversee end-to-end delivery from intake through design, approvals, construction, and closeout. Own scope, budget, and timeline targets while minimizing branch disruption, building standardized processes and leading a high-performing cross-functional program team.
