Key Responsibilities

•Provide preventive and responsive counseling services to support students’ academic success, social-emotional development, and career/college planning.
•Meet quarterly with students on caseload to review graduation plans and post-secondary options.
•Deliver classroom instruction based on student success standards and assist with course placement and pathways (including AP recommendations).
•Review transcripts and academic documentation, and work with teaching staff to develop and audit four-year graduation plans.
•Analyze student data to develop data-driven intervention action plans and provide short-term counseling and referrals as needed.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement.
•School Counselor License.
•Appropriate state Department of Education High School (9-12) Counseling Certification.
•Clear required background check.
•Master’s degree in school counseling (also required) and experience with distance learning.
