Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver IT courses within Qatar Technical Institute in line with quality and delivery targets.
  • •Develop and follow robust tracking and assessment methods to maintain standards and ensure learner progress.
  • •Design lesson plans with clear learning objectives and outcomes, using online Learning Management Systems.
  • •Conduct assessments according to the established assessment strategy.
  • •Ensure SHE requirements and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements in the training environment.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience teaching IT with English as the teaching medium.
  • •A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant subject.
  • •A teaching qualification such as a B.Ed. or PGCE in an IT-based subject.
  • •Experience teaching in the Middle East (preferred) or teaching externally awarded qualifications or in a vocational environment (preferred).
  • •Experience designing training using a BSAT/DSAT model or ADDIE (2 years).
