•Manage complex programs tied to manufacturing systems/processes, hardware products, software programs, and technology platforms.
•Lead executive and department-level reviews, providing transparency into program health, risk, and financials.
•Drive requirements scoping, analysis, prioritization, and planning, including interdependencies and schedule optimization across product teams.
•Manage teams toward milestone achievement and advise/mentor program management teams to advance program management competencies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in Program and Project Management within the high-tech industry.
•Experience working directly with large, business-critical partners across multiple geographies for program and project management.
•Experience interfacing with multi-level employees, management, and customers.
•Preferred: PMP certification and familiarity with Program Life Cycle (PLC) and software methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
