Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical advisor (Legal Entity specialist) to manage complex accounting and compliance matters.
  • •Review entity accountant outputs to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables that meet statutory requirements and accounting standards.
  • •Provide technical accounting consultation for issues such as revenue recognition, fixed assets, inventory, investments, and compensation/benefits accounting.
  • •Monitor upcoming regulations (including ESG, AMLA, and new IFRS standards) and manage risks and controls through sound analysis.
  • •Support transformation and continuous improvement projects, including local statutory books/systems upgrades, end-to-end connected reporting, and SAP S4 design/implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Accountancy.
  • •Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 9 years of experience in a global organization, with external auditor experience or SAP S4 knowledge preferred.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Local GAAP, including understanding of local laws and regulations.
  • •Demonstrated project management, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently across teams and geographies with high ambiguity tolerance.
