Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • •Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements, and lead construction activities through handover.
  • •Manage contractors, consultants, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders while developing and executing contracting and procurement strategies.
  • •Monitor performance across budget, schedule, risks, and quality; implement corrective actions and manage change control for scope, cost, and schedule.
  • •Review multi-discipline designs, oversee commissioning and operational readiness, and establish governance/reporting mechanisms to communicate project health and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •B.A. or Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Civil engineering, Industrial and Management engineering, or a related field.
  • •Strong construction project and program management expertise across the project lifecycle.
  • •Deep understanding of construction processes, contractor management, and project delivery methodologies.
  • •Knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems, plus planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • •Experience with risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes, including root cause analysis and decision-making under pressure.
