Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, focusing on outcomes over output and driving business impact.
•Define and execute the long-term vision for Advanced Ads, integrating its features into MonetizeMore’s ecosystem.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before coding.
•Own end-to-end monetization strategy and roadmap prioritization based on ROI, LTV, and MRR growth.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure features are shipped, adopted, and commercialized.
