Key Responsibilities

  • •Own take-downs and pre-trial enforcement case work from assessment through resolution across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Drive enforcement frameworks including cease-and-desist notices, complaints/submissions to registrars/hosting providers/platforms, UDRP filings, and DMCA/EUCD notices.
  • •Build and maintain jurisdiction-specific enforcement frameworks, keeping guidance current across regions.
  • •Serve as the legal escalation point for analysts when violations don’t fit existing processes.
  • •Lead legal initiatives as projects by scoping, planning, and delivering work in coordination with DRP/CERT, Threat Intelligence, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven intellectual property protection experience at a global scale, including trademarks, copyright, and domains.
  • •Fluent Legal English with confidence drafting, arguing, and negotiating legal documents.
  • •Strong internet governance knowledge, including domains/DNS, ICANN policies and UDRP, registrars, hosting providers, and related policies.
  • •Hands-on experience with take-downs or pre-trial enforcement.
  • •Comfort using AI tools for legal research and jurisdiction-specific analysis.
