Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines while incorporating impacts of risk, opportunities, and controlled change.
  • •Identify and analyze deviations versus baseline, recommending remedial actions to improve value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets and apply governance controls as needed.
  • •Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to compile master schedules and critical paths, coordinating vendor and client schedule requirements.
  • •Act as key client point of contact for delivery and commercial issues and prepare formal and ad hoc time/cost/quality reports.

  • •Establish cost/schedule baselines by setting processes, templates, and tools and monitoring performance against them.
  • •Identify trends and root causes of deviations using lead and lag indicators and recommend remedial actions to drive value.
  • •Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets using governance controls to enable successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate project controls across the lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting, with life sciences or data centre sector experience.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills and Primavera P6 experience.
