Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cybersecurity advisory consulting across North America, helping clients define security strategy, improve risk posture, modernize security capabilities, and align investments with regulatory expectations.
  • •Manage a portfolio of cybersecurity advisory engagements across multiple domains and ensure effective engagement governance, risk management, and high-quality deliverables.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop cybersecurity advisory consultants and engagement leaders, including workforce planning, capacity management, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • •Build trusted executive relationships with client leadership, provide strategic advisory leadership, resolve escalations, and translate cybersecurity objectives into roadmaps and programs.
  • •Contribute to the practice’s financial performance and growth by supporting pipeline and proposals, influencing pricing and utilization/forecasting, and shaping consulting offerings and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting.
  • •At least 5 years in client relations and C-suite stakeholder management.
  • •Responsibility for development of cybersecurity offerings and go-to-market strategy.
  • •Experience building a cybersecurity practice.
  • •Excellent written and oral communications with experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
