Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and coordinate Service Orders, RTS, TES, and parts disposition aligned to CE and Supply Chain processes.
  • •Maintain materials, tooling, and spares readiness; lead weekly parts reviews with Spares Planning and FSO.
  • •Own operational KPI tracking and reporting, including SO cycle time, IWN quality, materials aging, training compliance, and productivity.
  • •Analyze trends, identify risks, and drive standard countermeasures; track corrective actions to closure.
  • •Support workforce productivity through scheduling coordination, timecard accuracy, and coverage planning.
Travel: Medium travel
