Senior Professional Nurse - Theatre (Mediclinic Ermelo, Ermelo, ZA, Melmentz S)

Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the theatre/unit while supporting the Unit Manager to mitigate clinical risks and coordinate care delivery. Manage the client experience, oversee staffing resource utilisation, and support staff competence through continuous assessment and development. Participate in effective management of operational expenses, including stock and capital, while also delivering direct patient care and mentoring new and student nurses.
