Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the yard and set up operational processes and procedures for new store openings and special projects like remodels and infrastructure.
  • •Train yard teams and implement yard standards to meet daily goals, including safe, organized, hazard-free yard operations.
  • •Oversee loading and unloading processes for building materials while maintaining safety requirements and completing safety needs.
  • •Develop and implement department flow plans for current and new stores, and continually improve yard and store efficiencies.
  • •Serve as primary contact for yard supervisors, providing data/insights and communicating delays, issues, and action plans until resolved.
