Oversee treasury and cash office operations for the Madison Avenue flagship boutique, managing cashiers, Selling & Service Assistants, remote sales, and store-to-store transfers. Lead and train teams on cash handling, POS standards, and treasury policies, partnering with Treasury, Internal Controls, and Corporate Accounting to support governance and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee cash office operations, including cashiers, Selling & Service Assistants, remote sales, and store-to-store transfers.
•Ensure audit compliance, effective transaction management, and integrity of MSC and related systems.
•Enforce segregation of duties and dual control procedures to strengthen internal controls and minimize risk.
•Monitor, review, and resolve aged deposits, discrepancies, losses, and overages through reconciliation and documentation.
•Manage cash office leadership and training, ensure POS standards and equipment are functioning, and coordinate with Treasury, Internal Controls, and Corporate Accounting (including chargeback information).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of retail and cash management experience in a similar role, with luxury environment experience preferred.
•People-management and mentoring experience for a team of five or more employees.
•Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.
•Proficiency in retail systems and reporting tools, plus MS Office (SAP Retail experience is a plus).
•Strong organizational and analytical skills, including a deep understanding of inventory management.
