•Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives across the Engineering Org with executive partnerships to manage transitions and ensure smooth integration during transformations or acquisitions.
•Drive leadership development including executive coaching and succession planning to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
•Oversee talent development programs, aligning learning, career development, and mobility with organizational priorities.
•Improve organizational effectiveness and workforce experience by implementing targeted interventions based on employee needs and business priorities.
•Partner with senior leaders to align business strategy with talent, leadership, and people practices to enhance performance.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence actions and outcomes at all levels.
