Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and cross-functional calendars across COE, marketing operations, and governance leadership.
  • •Organize the bi-weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum and prepare agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation.
  • •Capture and maintain decisions, strategic rationale, action items, owners, and next steps from governance forums, and track follow-ups to completion.
  • •Maintain the COE knowledge base with organized policies, decisions, recordings, and searchable reference materials.
  • •Conduct targeted market/governance research and draft leadership-ready materials such as POVs, executive summaries, and structured briefing papers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in enterprise project management, PMO execution, or program operations.
  • •Strong experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
