Senior Product Manager, Kai (AI assistant)

Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans for Kai, an AI assistant embedded in Airwallex that helps businesses manage global financial operations via natural language. Partner with engineering and design to build scalable AI and agent workflows, while coordinating with commercial, marketing, legal, and finance teams to deliver compliant, user-friendly features. Use user needs, competitive insights, and evaluation data to prioritize and drive continuous improvement, including expanding Kai into new verticals.
