Credit & Collections Analyst

Handle customer inquiries related to invoicing, payment terms, and contract management, and manage a collections portfolio to ensure invoices are paid on time. Coordinate with AR Operations and other internal teams to resolve issues, support month-end cash application, and assist with AR activities including write-offs, reporting, and cash collection communications. You’ll also participate in cross-functional global projects while delivering accurate, timely service in a fast-paced environment.
