Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow a portfolio of TikTok LIVE’s top gaming creators, esports personalities, influencers, and public figures.
•Serve as the primary escalation point for creator account, policy, product, and operational issues to ensure a high-quality creator experience.
•Design and execute customized creator programs and LIVE content initiatives, including tournaments, competitions, and creator-vs-fan events.
•Build and maintain relationships with game publishers, developers, esports organizations, agencies, and brands to create partnership opportunities.
•Lead creator initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, Trust & Safety, and LIVE Operations; define success metrics and optimize based on performance and feedback.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer/talent management, gaming partnerships, esports operations, or related fields.
•Proven experience managing high-profile creators, talent, influencers, athletes, celebrities, or strategic partners.
•Strong project management skills to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
•Experience developing and executing content strategies, creator programs, or live content initiatives.
•Ability to analyze creator performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
