Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and perform basic adjustments to production machinery following manufacturing specifications and production schedules.
  • •Operate production machinery according to production department safety rules and procedures.
  • •Perform basic repairs to production machinery as required and interpret product specifications for machine operation.
  • •Conduct preventive maintenance following maintenance itineraries and quality standards; inspect parts and components to ensure quality compliance.
  • •Maintain required documentation/records, report anomalies to the supervisor, keep work areas clean, manage waste per procedures, and comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma and/or a technical diploma in Mechanics or Toolmaker.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, tooling, and basic knowledge using tooling equipment.
  • •Valid driver’s license (Conductor – Vigente).
  • •Ability to operate machines/equipment and fixtures to meet required product specifications, including ensuring equipment conditions are functional.
  • •Knowledge of Kanban, TPM, Lean, and 5S, with strict adherence to safety, health, and company policies.
