  • •Own the Navan platform end-to-end, including configuration, policy settings, and ongoing optimization.
  • •Manage the Navan vendor relationship, ensuring performance, reliability, and cost efficiency; escalate contract, pricing, or SLA issues to Procurement as needed.
  • •Lead monthly travel program reviews and report spend trends, policy compliance, and NPS findings to Finance and leadership.
  • •Create scalable frameworks for policy governance, exception handling, and program operations as the company scales.
  • •Administer Navan training and documentation, maintaining WorkRamp completion, resources, and serving as the go-to contact for travel policy questions.
