Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for an ADESA auction site, driving customer and employee experience while executing strategies that support financial performance. Report to the Regional Director and manage growth opportunities, change initiatives, P&L reviews, KPI monitoring, and accounts receivable. Oversee inventory, site safety, loss prevention, compliance, and proper record keeping. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor leaders and employees to maintain morale and high performance.

•Lead KPI monitoring and develop action plans to support improvements and targets using available tools and technology.
•Recruit, hire, train, and mentor management and employees; maintain employee relations, morale, and performance appraisal processes.
