Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day.
  • •Load and prepare your van for deliveries, ensuring orders are together and can be delivered efficiently to customers.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health and safety.
  • •Provide great customer service while being an ambassador for the Waitrose brand on the road.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not on deliveries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Great customer service skills.
  • •Time management skills.
  • •Able to cope with the physical requirements of the role (e.g. lifting crates, moving cages).
  • •Comfortable working independently with self-motivation and adaptability, and able to be IT literate.
