Key Responsibilities

•Identify, assess, manage, and mitigate counterparty risk for assigned markets in line with Mastercard’s policies and risk appetite framework
•Serve as the first point of contact for customer-specific CRM matters and oversee credit B2B risk
•Implement risk policies and controls to minimize credit losses while supporting business initiatives
•Manage credit risk for the regional portfolio at both individual and portfolio levels and provide data analysis to support strategy execution
•Coordinate CRM requirements in customer onboarding to ensure timely activation and prepare CRM reporting for internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a quantitative field (preferred)
•Experience in credit risk assessment and financial statement analysis; experience or knowledge of the Brazilian banking sector is beneficial
•Strong decision‑making, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work with accuracy, ownership, and a sense of urgency
•Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
