  • •Support execution of the annual SOX compliance program to meet key objectives and timelines.
  • •Conduct detailed analysis to document SOX control design, develop/update process narratives, and identify design gaps for remediation.
  • •Perform testing of controls and confirm deficiencies with control owners, including developing, validating, and tracking remediation actions.
  • •Support project management activities for SOX initiatives, projects, and related reporting requirements.
  • •Partner with process and control owners to identify process improvement opportunities and manage timely remediation using SOX metrics.
