Key Responsibilities

•Act as the engineering point of contact for training-related change requests
•Conduct initial triage and scoping analysis to determine if training design activity is required
•Assess change requests to confirm requirements are sufficiently defined to proceed
•Work with programme teams to develop clarification questions for customers
•Analyse responses to clarify requirements and shape the direction of the solution
