Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process/system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards/processes for safe, efficient operations
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill needs, resolve guest needs quickly, and use metrics to support business-driving strategies

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
  • •Ability to remain in constant movement throughout the store (sales floor and back of house)
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
