Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect incoming and outgoing diamonds and gemstones to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • •Coordinate sending and receiving shipments for both suppliers and customers, including domestic and international logistics.
  • •Physically pack high volumes of orders, ensuring items are accurately labeled, packaged, and documented for delivery.
  • •Support general order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping orders on time.
  • •Perform melee fulfillment (counting and weighing) and assist with customer collections and local stone collection for QC.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year hands-on gemmological experience or a diamond grading qualification.
