Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly forecasting, guiding business leaders on event forecasts, phasing, and planning assumptions.
  • •Own annual budgeting and long-range financial planning in partnership with business leaders.
  • •Consolidate financial results, operational metrics, and P&L activity, delivering variance analysis and actionable insights.
  • •Oversee cash flow planning and reporting, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and strong financial controls.
  • •Leverage finance systems and reporting tools (including Oracle, Excel, BPC, and Business Objects) to build models, create executive reporting, and implement process improvements and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, nested functions, linking worksheets/external databases).
  • •ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
  • •Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
