Key Responsibilities

  • •Approve and process invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of customer billing activities.
  • •Analyze billing, invoicing, and pricing inquiries (current and historical) for internal and external customers.
  • •Prepare and maintain customer master record data and process auto-outputs for required internal/external purposes.
  • •Research and process credits and debits to reconcile customer accounts and process customer rebates as required by sales contracting.
  • •Prepare and maintain customer contract pricing, keep files updated per SOP, and support process improvements.

Key Requirements
