Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, deploy, and operate Kubernetes clusters across dev/test/prod environments.
  • •Implement and maintain cluster lifecycle, including provisioning, upgrades, patching, node pools, and capacity planning.
  • •Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized workloads and enable GitOps practices.
  • •Ensure reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting, logging, SLOs/SLIs, and incident response.
  • •Implement security controls such as RBAC, Network Policies, Pod Security, secrets management, and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps/SRE with strong hands-on Kubernetes operations.
  • •Kubernetes core concepts including API objects, controllers, scheduling, taints/tolerations, RBAC, and namespaces.
  • •Hands-on container skills (Docker/OCI, image builds, registries, basic scanning) and Linux fundamentals.
  • •Observability and troubleshooting experience using tools such as Splunk/New Relic and ELK/EFK.
  • •Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/CloudFormation; config management (Ansible) is helpful.
