Key Responsibilities

  • •Own developer outcomes (e.g., onboarding time, code-to-production lead time, deployment success, AI-assisted development effectiveness).
  • •Manage the end-to-end developer journey by identifying friction across IDEs, source control, CI/CD, testing, security, cloud platforms, and production delivery.
  • •Define and evolve golden paths that make the secure, compliant, preferred way of building software the easiest path for engineers.
  • •Use developer telemetry and feedback (metrics, support tickets, adoption data, surveys, engineer interviews) to drive investment decisions.
  • •Maximize adoption and business value of DevEx platforms such as Cockpit, Marketplace, AI Assistants, CI/CD platforms, Inner Loop tooling, and Engineering Intelligence.
