Job Summary

Execute mortgage marketing and business development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals. Build and maintain deep knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines. Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage products, and drive referrals to other bank solutions. Support mortgage loan fulfillment by following up on client, attorney, or appraiser documentation.

•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies, procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Comply with Truist policies and procedures and with state and federal rules and regulations.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute the Truist referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration, and applicable NMLS background check.
