Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate assigned production equipment (extrusion laminators, presses, slitters/rewinders, or doctor winders) according to specifications and SOPs
  • •Support Environmental Health & Safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
  • •Monitor and maintain product quality, remove defects, and perform QA checks
  • •Complete production, SOC, QA, and cleaning reports accurately and meet production targets while minimizing downtime and changeovers
  • •Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and take corrective actions; participate in WCOM, 5S, and GFSI initiatives
