Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect production data to support variability reduction and manufacturing process improvement.
  • •Perform routine data checks and basic analysis using defined methods or templates.
  • •Support yield ramp and quality monitoring by preparing datasets and reviewing for abnormalities.
  • •Assist hands-on during production issue investigations by gathering information, running predefined tests, and consolidating results for engineers.
  • •Maintain accurate logs and compile documentation with clear next steps as directed by engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/higher Nitec/diploma or equivalent technical certification in engineering or a related field.
  • •Good understanding and experience of semiconductor processes (frontend and/or backend).
  • •Able to perform basic data extraction and have familiarity with data analysis or programming tools.
  • •Effective communicator who can collaborate across teams and follow structured workflows.
  • •Able to work on 12-hour shifts; semiconductor manufacturing exposure is preferred.
