Payroll Analyst I

Own timely, accurate payroll and timekeeping for Thumbtack employees in the Philippines, including processing, validation, disputes, and final pay. Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory requirements (tax withholdings, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig). Manage the PH payroll ticket queue, provide support to employees and People teams, and support audits with accurate payroll data. Partner with benefits providers to support accurate reporting and enrollment, and help improve processes and system configurations.
