Key Responsibilities

  • •Support pre-contract award bid submissions by aligning non-legal qualifications with scope, execution strategy, schedule, and historical lessons learned.
  • •Assist with customer contract negotiations, PROM activities, and preparation/administration of contractual correspondence and deliverables.
  • •Manage post-contract award contract setup and ongoing contract/commercial management activities, including documentation, notices, change notices, and closeout items.
  • •Lead or participate in change management to identify changes that may impact compensation and/or schedule relief, supporting resolution of contract amendments.
  • •Coordinate with contracts leadership and supervise Contracts Specialists to ensure compliance of the Contracts Management function and proper information flow to executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7+ years of project execution experience in the energy and/or construction industries.
  • •University degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field (preferred).
  • •Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, legal, Commercial, or Quantity Surveying) and 7 years of contracts management experience.
  • •Proven contract management experience in the EPC/EPCI industry across energy transition, onshore/offshore, or subsea and floating facilities (FPSO/FPU).
  • •In-depth knowledge of EPC/EPCI project lifecycles and strong negotiation, communication, and risk-analysis skills.
