Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project parties
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to deliver project deliverables, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering; manage contract change effectively and negotiate final accounts

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering
  • •Experience in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector
  • •Demonstrable experience in Contract Management (NEC3 preferred)
  • •Experience in cost management, procurement and change management
  • •Excellent and flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint) with strong client-facing communication
